Troubles for invalid in Marghera

M.C. is a 72 years old 100% invalid woman. She lives on a popular house in Marghera. to reach hers home she needs a footrest where to pass with her wheelchair to overcome the stairs, (already bought by the old woman) but the other people of the building seem unwilling to support her need.
